What kind of private data do we collect?

While visiting our website: cookies.
While applying for an audition: name, parent’s name if you are a child, email, age, information about previous studies, information about circumstances of learning the instrument.
While subscribing to our newsletter: name, email.
While purchasing tickets: name, email, billing data, credit / debit card data.
While signing a contract: phone number, ID number, place and date of birth, address, billing data above the previously given data.
While attending classes, performing on our events, taking exams: audio and video recordings.

Where do we store your data?

Those gada which were given us while visiting the website, booking an appointment, subscribing to our newsletter or purchasing a ticket we store electronically, based on a cloud storage. Data of contracts are stored on a data carrier (HDD) and on paper. Audio and video recordings are stored in a cloud storage. All data are handled in Hungary.

Who can access your data?

Only the maintainers (Juhász Balázs e.v. and JuhászBibók Beáta e.v.) are entitled to collect, store, view and handle your data. We never give, sell or exchange your data with third party outside of Hangrózsa Zongoraiskola. However we use external suppliers to be able to provide our services. External suppliers cooperate with us and handle data by their own regulations.

You always have the right to claim for modifying your private data as well as replace your missing data. Contact us to do so, your data for our newsletter can be modified in the footer of our newsletters.
Right for cancellation
You always have the right to claim for cancelling your private data excepting for those cases if we must keep those for purposes provided by law. Contact us to do so, you can unsubscribe from our newsletter in the footer of our newsletters.
